Issue with module configuration.

I am encountering an issue when trying to configure this module.

Steps Reproduce:

1. Installed the enabled module using Composer with the command: composer require 'drupal/reroute_email_be:^1.0@alpha'.

2: When configuring this module, it throws an error mentioned below.

Error: Class "Drupal\reroute_email\Constants\RerouteEmailConstants" not found in Drupal\reroute_email_be\Form\SettingsForm->buildForm() (line 121 of modules\contrib\reroute_email_be\src\Form\SettingsForm.php).

3: After resolving when we save the configuration of this module it throws an error mentioned below.

TypeError: array_filter(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, null given in array_filter() (line 142 of modules\contrib\reroute_email_be\src\Form\SettingsForm.php).
