Layout builder visibility patch broke with 10.2

We have layouts where we controlled visibility using a patch (" https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2023-03-10/2916876-167.10x.patch → "). This patch doesn't work with Drupal 10.2 and impacts display in a profound way on a large site.

Update to Drupal 10.2 on a site using layout builder where block visibility was controlled using a "control visibility" toggle.

Is someone able to create or update the above patch to work with 10.2?

I reported it on the thread @larowlan recommended, but it says it's for 11.x-dev. We'll see what happens.
