Title apart, the issue summary does not say anything. If it is a support request, it is not clear what the OP wants to know; if it is a bug report, it is not clear what the bug is and how to reproduce it. From the title, I gather it should not be a feature request.
I am resetting the Assigned field, since the person to which this issue was assigned has not worked on it in more than seven days.

@Londova Please update the issue summary to include those details. A screenshot showing an error/warning message is not sufficient to have either a support request or a bug report.
Then, is this a support request, or a bug report? In the first case, the person who created the issue should ask a question. If it is a bug report, the details necessary to reproduce the bug should be added.

We are not here to develop the bureaucracy - the maintainer can easily change from "support request" to "bug report". As I mentioned - it is easy to reproduce.
Users can report the problem only and is up to the maintainer to react to the issue or not... - 🇮🇹Italy apaderno Brescia, 🇮🇹
@Londova It is not bureaucracy; it is courtesy toward the project maintainers.
There is a difference between opening a support request and opening a bug report. In the latter case, it is task of the maintainers resolve it, but they should not be asked to "play" the Guess if this is a bug or not game. In the first case, nothing is reported.
