Save order button removed if bulk operations in view (by claro)

I have the same issue, using Gin theme (button to Saver order is not removed, however is inactive until any item on the list is selected)

The problem that you described is related to the VBO. It has been solved in this issue https://www.drupal.org/project/views_bulk_operations/issues/3391431 🐛 Toggle button state selector too greedy Fixed .
So, you can install the dev version of the VBO module. It should help you.

Ok, so as weird as it might be - I didn't have this issue on Drupal 9, but after the upgrade to Drupal 10, I have exactly the same issue as kriboogh.

I'm on 10 too btw.

I faced this problem too. It seems the problem is in the Claro theme, so I have created this issue - https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3447611 🐛 Claro theme loses actions for the view bulk operations form Needs review .

It seems to me that there is nothing to change in the DraggableViews module, so I will mark the issue as closed(work as designed).
