Hide the 'Parent' settings when selecting 'Menu tab' as the menu type for a Views page

Problem/Motivation

After creating a Views page display and go to Page setting: Menu and select 'Menu tab', this will show the 'Parent' selector (and some other settings) that don't actually do anything for this type of Tab.

Steps to reproduce

Create a Views page display and go to Page setting: Menu and select 'Menu tab', this will show the 'Parent' selector

Proposed resolution

We should hide the settings that don't do anything like we already do for type 'Default menu tab'
