Fix minor typo in README, use CKEditor 5?

Problem/Motivation

Great module, super easy to get started, and it just works.

The README says:

You can find an example in the module folder
ckeditor5_template/templates/ckeditor5_templates.json.example.

But the file is actually called ckeditor5_template.json.example.

Also, it looks like CKEditor 5 project itself is using "CKEditor 5", not "CKEditor5", so I updated that as well.

I also aligned it a bit more with the README.md template โ†’ .

The included example under "Usage" does not work if you copy it, due to the line breaks. So I updated the SVG icon and html parts to be in one line, and it can now be copypasted, and work right away.

Steps to reproduce
