Raname RerouteEmailHandler plugin from SymfonyMailerAdjuster to SymfonyMailer

SymfonyMailerAdjuster is not an adjuster (by Drupal Symfony Mailer terminology).
And it becomes confusing why we have two adjusters (RerouteEmailAdjuster and SymfonyMailerAdjuster).
Let's rename (just a class name, without changing plugin IDs):
- SymfonyMailerAdjuster to SymfonyMailerHandler;
- HookMailAlter to HookMailAlterHandler;
