Support entities without 'edit-form' link

MR has also Drupal 10 core_version_requirement fix and also the fix for Preview View Mode select submit method, because it was using the node preview route instead of route from this module.

Maybe also composer.json file would be nice to have in the module and add paragraphs_edit as dev dependency and then also add some tests for it as well as for other entity types.

Approving code changes, if someone will find a moment to test, it can be merged.

I have changed a bit the logic to use event dispatcher instead of the hook, and also bumped the supported core version to 9.1 because of this change record https://www.drupal.org/node/3159012 → .

I will have opened an issue https://www.drupal.org/project/frontend_editing/issues/3412129 ✨ Live preview of the changes that are done to the entities Active to address the integration. I will not merge this MR for now until there is a "stable" solution.
