The new DBs will run tests to every PHP version available, right?
So if we add MariaDB 10.6 it'll test with PHP 8.1/2/3.Because in #3385621 we only added PHP 8.1 with MariaDB 10.3

I know its PP-1, but I created the jobs locally to test the new mariadb versions so I pushed them to the issue fork just-in-case. Of course, someone more knowledgeable than me has to change the frequency of the new jobs with whatever suits core.
When the images are ready, you can create the MR and run the pipelines
P.S.: There might be some issues again, comparing with my local. But that's for later
