Add Facets integration

Postponed until ✨ Add the possibility to use with multiple select elements Active is resolved. We will need a select form element for facets.

Updating the status to active because it seems we won't require a select form element for integrating with Facets.

Many of the Facets plugins are built on a base class called WidgetPluginBase, which constructs a link element. I'm presently in the process of implementing the Tagify Facets widget based on this class. Therefore, there's no need for us to implement a new element on Tagify. Instead, we just need to focus on creating a Facets widget and its library to facilitate the integration between them.

👣 Steps to get RTBC

1. Install needed modules (Tagify, Tagify Facets, Facets, Search API, Search API DB)
2. Update field_tags widget on Article content type to use Tagify widget
3. Add terms to Tags vocabulary
4. Create several Articles and add some created terms to the field_tags
5. Create a Search API Server (DB Server)
6. Create a Search API Index with Articles
7. Create a view page based on Search API Index
8. Create a Facet based on the view page
9. Place the Facet block in the view page where Articles are listed and check if it is working as expected
