@yas, please review this patch. I've added the following
1. Moved the Cloud Orchestrator installer CFn into OpenStack Provider.
2. Updated the configuration page to support the new CFn fields.
3. Moved the older CFn template into adocsfolder.
4. Added a Subdomain field so users can specify a subdomain during tenant creation
