Provide example JSON template for the article content type

Problem/Motivation

To make it easy for people new to Gutenberg to learn how Gutenberg works and what is possible we'd like to provide layout template example for the Article content type if that is available (assuming a blank Drupal installation).

Proposed resolution

Upon activating the Gutenberg starter theme (or when activating the "Gutenberg experience" on the Article content type we populate the Template field on the edit form for the Article content type if it does not have any content there already (as in: Do not override an existing layout template).

Remaining tasks

✅ Add documentation to the Get Started page that will be presented at frontpage

Like I commented on that issue, I think example content is more suitable in a profile installation.

We provide a Get Started info at the frontpage when enabling the theme on a clean installation (similar to Olivero theme):
