flag action in 8.x ?

I am not seeing the flag action in the latest 8.x version, am I missing something or there is o such things in 8.x ? I use the flag action in 7.x to email author when his node flagged, is this still doable in 8.x ? Thanks

on the rules event, there are only few flagging options like "after saving flagging entity".. I don't see there is option like I can send email after node flagged, please advise, thank you.

Try to use "Flag rules", "Flag ECA" or core events
