Housekeeping - Mark all old D7 releases as unsupported

Problem/Motivation

The 7.x-6.0 download for the 7 includes version 7.53 of Drupal core from 2016. With #3266927: End Install Profile Packaging on Drupal.org in August 2023 → complete, we're closing related issues like #2387311: Add Check in Packaging to Prevent Distributions from Including Forks of Core → . Most of the problem projects went inactive long ago and the outdated releases were unpublished. This project is an outlier in that the project is still active, but for completely different reasons than maintaining a distribution.

Can someone with project admin access please remove the outdated distribution release so you aren't distributing a copy of Drupal core with known security issues?

The Drupal 7 release should not marked as unsupported to not appear on the project page. Probably it has not be done because the following warning given in the Admin releases page.

Branches compatible with Drupal 7.x that are set as unsupported cannot be set as supported again.

I marked all the old releases as unsupported. The most recent was from 2020 and I guess that has some issues as well.

  • Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
