Could this be used to display users?

Since this has "entity" in the title, can it be used for something other than nodes?

Specifically, I'd like to display site users and be able to flip between them - eg /user/100, /user/101, /user/102, etc

It can although you need to tag the users in some fashion. This could be used to group users.

It will work with Users. Just defined an entity reference view for the desired users.
