Homebox page title is never visible for Admins

Problem/Motivation

On homebox pages the page title is never visible for admins. For all other roles it is visible.
This sounds like a permission issue as admin has all permissions, but I can't see the connection yet.

Expected: If Show page title is enabled for the page, it should be visible for all roles

Actual: Admins can't see the page title, despite the setting.
