Improve select icon/color UI

We are currently working on ✨ UX: Add other widgets than select Active and you can add this suggestion.

I already start a small development in vanilla JS. I think I will publish on drupal project. Will see together if you want to stay like this (a side module) or integrate with UI_Style / UI suite dsfr
