Allow to hide components of PageTitleBlock

Problem/Motivation

OC combines some fields (title, field_subtitle, field_sub_type, field_portrait) in a dedicated block (PageTitleBlock), rendered in any node and (accessible) term bundle's full view mode.

This has caused some confusion for themers and made design decisions somewhat hard to fulfil.

Proposed resolution

Make all fields except title optional and configurable via Block UI.

By default check all current fields.

Site builders will then have an easier-to-spot option to disable e. g. the profile picture and place it elsewhere in the full view mode.
