Previous organization owner keeps seeing the organization node in the tracker page

I changed the organization owner for Cohaesus → (see #3395507: Ownership transfer of Organisation Page → ), but the previous owner → keep seeing the organization node bumped in his tracker page → , despite his account's link does not appear in the revisions list → .

The "strange" thing is that the organization node has been created three/four years ago, but the revisions list shows just revisions for October 20, 2023 and November 8, 2023.

Notice that the same does not happen to me, despite I edited the organization node to change ownership.
