Class "Zend\Diactoros\Response\JsonResponse" not found

Problem/Motivation

The error Class "Zend\Diactoros\Response\JsonResponse" not found happens when trying to push a notification on D10.1. ( I do not know if this happens on D10.0). This happens on the NotificationSystemController Class.

Steps to reproduce

Install a D10.1 site and use the NotificationSystemController to send a notification and try to use the markAsRead function to trigger te error.

Proposed resolution

Use the Symfony JsonResponse instead.
