Patch #2 not applied successfully. Creating a merge request to rotate the same arrow by 180 degrees.

There should be a screenshot attached to the issue summary for a better understanding of the issue.

I was looking into the issue but the icons are working as they should. When there is an ascending order the icon shows up-arrow and when there is a descending order the icon shows down-arrow. Attached screenshots.

Closing this as we follow core to determine which icon to show. If you feel it should be visa versa feel free to open an issue in Drupal core.
