Inline entity form not responding after validation error

The inline form has two fields: name and email. When I entered something wrong in the email filed, it showed an error message:"The email address abc@123 is not valid. "

If I changed the address to abc@123.com and clicked submit, it would't submit. The Cancel button also didn't work, had to reload the page.

Env: Drupal 10.1, PHP 8.2.
