Optional config to ignore "false positive" attributes and tags

Some attributes have no value e.g. disabled data-something so we'd probably need to make this configurable

This bleeds into another thing I was thinking about then. I have hundreds of attributes that have values but i have worked out they are not needed, so now I just ignore them, but they fill up the results still.

Yeah an ignore list would be good, so you can whittle it down
