[Drupal 10] The "node_type" plugin does not exist

I have the same issue.
The provided update function does not work in my case because it tries to fix only 'page_manager.page_variant.' configs.
In my case I had to change 'page_manager.page.'

yes, it needs the same fix for page

Updated IS as hook_post_update_NAME()should be used for config

Also added update for pages
