Clean up eslint and stylelint errors

Problem/Motivation

In 📌 Convert to GitLab CI for running tests Fixed we're converting to GitLab CI. To get it to run without errors for now I've added SKIP_ESLINT and SKIP_STYLELINT to the configuration so that those tools aren't run. We should update the CSS and JS in this module to be compatible. And the re-enable those tests by removing the variables from the .gitlab-ci.yml config file.

Remaining tasks

  • Fix eslint issues
  • Fix stylelint issues

This should be just code formatting and cleanup and not impact any functionality or APIs.
