I've also fixed most issues and released a new version for D10 and D9.

It looks like you are not active in Drupal anymore, and I would like to take the lead on the project and becoming the onwer feels safer for the long run.

I am going to contact the project owner.

Never mind: dhanrajlakhara has last logged in on drupal.org three years and eight months ago. I guess he can be considered not anymore active on drupal.org.

I changed ownership as requested.

Furthermore, neither the project owner nor the other maintainer changed status to #3235895: notify_bar project open to new maintainer applications on 30 Sep, 2021 → , which means the project owner was already not following the project two years ago.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
