Problem/Motivation

After including the patch from
"#3385497 Gin's horizontal dropdown menu appears behind CKEditor 5's sticky header": " https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2023-09-06/3385497-2.patch → "

we still have 2 problems:
1. The powerd by ckeditor appears above the header when scrolling up with active wysiwyg editor
2. If the ckeditor is active and i scroll down the ckeditors toolbar gets sticky (correct),
if i scroll up again there is this shadow from that ckeditor s toolbar that sticks a the bottom of the ckeditor (please check the screenshots).
