Search form needs some better styling. There are some points where we need to improve the styling like -

Install the theme and set it as default theme.
Visit the Block Layout page i.e., /admin/structure/block.
Place the Search form block on the Primary Menu region if it is not placed.
Visit the page where the search form block has been enabled to display.
Observe the search form input field and button design.

Verified MR20 on 9.5.x, the button styling is fixed. Added screenshots for reference, RTBC++
