I don't think there will be D10 compatibility for 1.x ever, instead the issues should be solved.

@Anybody is there any reason for this? I think the MR I posted is functional for a D10 upgrade, giving that sites have 1 month to upgrade and there are 1,810 uses of 1.x still, feels useful to me 🤞

I agree with @Anybody on this - I’d rather work on upgrade related issues than invest any further in 1.x, since it is no longer recommended / supported.
