The Bookmarks menu shouldn't get the active trail

Problem/Motivation

The Shortcuts / Bookmarks shouldn't get the active trail behavior, since the active behavior is supposed to show the location you're in within a more logical menu structure like the Content or Administration menus to help users locate themselves on the administration.
Note that this is a regression because it was working before, so that code should still be around.

Steps to reproduce

  • Log in and go to /admin/content
  • You will see both the Bookmarks and the Content items are highlighted. Only the Content item should be.
