Adjust UX for the Email Registration Username obfuscation logic

Problem/Motivation

Currently, a user using the submodule might think it doesn't work properly, as the obfuscation logic is in place by default. This is fine, as it is way safer, but the current logic, that leaving the obfuscation value empty leads to the obfuscation fallback of the main module might be confusing.

Proposed resolution

Use a radio instead to select the obfuscation behaviour of the submodule.
