Block menu not rendering

Added menu name to the configuration as fallback if the $this->getMenuName() returns empty string.

That problem exists in the module without this patch, please see 🐛 D10 compatibility: Query access check and deprecated Active for a fix.

Some of the problems might have been addressed in other issues. This needs tests.
