Block menu not rendering

Problem/Motivation

When adding the OG Menu block, the menu associated with the OG is not rendering as expected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a content that is a OG.
2. Go the OG menu settings /admin/structure/menu/ogmenu and locate your menu group
3. Click on the menu name and add at least one link to the menu.
4. Go to the Block Layout settings /admin/structure/block and add the menu block in any region. Save the changes.
Go to the OG page created in step 1 and note that the menu os not rendering, the block is blank.

Added menu name to the configuration as fallback if the $this->getMenuName() returns empty string.
