Undefined array key "url" in gin_preprocess_breadcrumb()

I get the following warning on almost every page where the breadcrumb is.
Warning: Undefined array key "url" in gin_preprocess_breadcrumb() (line 47 of themes/contrib/gin/includes/breadcrumb.theme).

Edit: it happens on one of our site because we add the current page to the breadcrumb without any url. While it is correctly working without this custom code, I think that it's better to introduces a check on the url key.
