drupal.org cleaning old open issues

This is not the right issue queue for such request.

I think this belongs in https://www.drupal.org/project/drupalorg → although there might already be such initiative when we migrate to GitLab issues.

It's funny to see that my duplicated issue is newer than the original one which suggest an age of 12 months is still open. Shouldn't it be closed as it is over its own timeout ?
This means that this action is not ready to be executed.
What are we waiting for ?
