When comments are displayed through Views Comment: Thread (asc)sort criteria,
second tier replies/threads don't have correct indent.
Every is displayed as first tier reply and not as reply of reply.
Please take a look image with correct indent displayed from regular Comment field
and image made from Views Comment: Thread (asc)sort criteria.
