Customise display of missing end date.

Problem/Motivation

In ✨ Allow end date to be optional Needs work we allow end date to be optional in DateRangeItem. If the end date is made optional and the end date is left empty then only the start date is displayed.

Customise the display of missing end date may be indicate that the end date is unknown/unspecified on display.
