Error 503 when access to url https://www.drupal.org/project/user

I get a 503 error too, when I access https://www.drupal.org/project/user/3722362 → , but not when I access https://www.drupal.org/project/user/55077 → (my projects page).

Since the account was not confirmed, I confirmed it. Let me know if that helped.

It could also be that page is not accessible from users who did not create any project and who are not project maintainers. I would expect a 404 error, in those cases, not a 503 error.
