Menu dropdown is not working, ul is also not showing for parent menu.

Reviewed MR!13, the menu drop down is not working for me.

After applying the commits on MR!13, confirmed the 'ul' is working. However, the dropdown menu is still not working. Below is the applying of MR!13 success:
