Problem/Motivation

google_tag → module has two main streams and two approaches. Currently varbase_seo forces us to use google_tag version 2.

This task request is for making google_tag dependency flexible.

Proposed resolution

Change drupal/google_tag to ~1.0 || ~2.0.0 in the composer.json file.
