Chasing head: fix tests & compatibility with AU/PM latest

Problem/Motivation

1) The path_locator service alias that we use has been removed from Package Manager.
2) PreDestroy and PostDestroy events were removed from Package Manager.

Steps to reproduce

Attempt to install Project Browser. Attempt to run tests.

Proposed resolution

Remove tests for Pre/Post Destroy events. Fix service aliases to use class names. Fix tests to match newer function signatures.
