@yas, please review this patch. I've added the ability to let administrators specify additional roles to add to an OpenStack user during resource creation.
I've added a configuration field, named "Additional roles for OpenStack users" to
admin/config/services/facade/openstack_provider/settings.Administrators can enter a comma delimited list of roles. During OpenStack project creation, if there are roles specified, they will be added to the OpenStack user.
