Add pan and zoom controls.

Problem/Motivation

When I view a large diagram it is impossible to see the details of the diagram. When viewing mermaid diagrams on github there are pan and zoom controls that appear onscreen.

It would be very useful to have that appear on our entity relationship diagrams.
