Problem/Motivation

Facing the folloiwng error

Not Found
The requested URL "http://mysite.local/modules/contrib/ckeditor/vendor/plugins/textmatch/plugin.js?t=s29xdd" was not found on this server.

Steps to reproduce

Given that the CKEditor 4 module was enabled under Drupal ~10.1.0
And having number of Text Formats with text matching and filtering config
When a content is created
And the text format was selected
Then the issue of Not Found
modules/contrib/ckeditor/vendor/plugins/textmatch/plugin.js

Proposed resolution

Add the latest version for the textmatch plugin
