Navigation menus are not visible.

I've ested this issue on Drupal 9.5.x with using Mobidic - Drupal 9 Portfolio Theme.
I am not able to identify any issues with the hamburger menu.
I've attached a screenshot for your reference.

To replicate the problem, I followed these steps:

1.Installed the Mobidic - Drupal 9 Portfolio Theme.
2.Set it as the default theme.
3.Assigned the main navigation to the primary menu region and checked the hamburger menu.
