This Error on WSOD makes layout builder pages of Drupal admin areas completely non accessible and indicates that the uninstall function of this project seems not to work 100% without flaws. At least under Drupal 10. So tested here.
After reinstalling the module, the Error is gone. So, in this state the module is uninstallable under Drupal 10.
Mark it as Major, since unable to uninstall is a big deal breaker. Especially in cases when users require to uninstall because of other issues with this project.

Out of curiosity was the Section that used the tabs in layout builder removed first? I had this issue as well but I figured it was because I forgot to remove the Section that used the tabs before I uninstalled the module.
