Asset injector's css files not used when performance/aggregate ccs enabled.

What can I test to get you a proper diag?

Steps to reproduce

D10.1.
BigPipe enabled.
Performance/aggregate css enabled... Settings see screenshots.
Asset injector's css files not used when performance/aggregate ccs enabled.
But loading and applying fine when disabled.

Ok. It is now D10.2.5 and I cannot reproduce it either. It's gone...
