Default labels for views sort handlers

Problem/Motivation

Sort labels are not intuitive for end users

Steps to reproduce

The two sort choices currently are:
Name = alphabetical sort of content
Changed = Most recent sort of content

These labels are confusing for the end user especially if they encounter them as translated text.

Proposed resolution

Rename "Name" to "Alphabetical"
Rename "Changed" to "Most Recent"

    Where are you seeing this and where would you like to see it changed? Is it for any exposed sort handler? Or in a specific view in core? Or something else?
