E-mail addresses are automatically picked up as anchor links

I created a pull request to address this issue. It makes 2 changes to the existing auto format behavior:

1. Only match anchors (starting with #), relying on Drupal core for auto formatting URLs and emails.
2. Create a link to an anchor with the typed value, rather than creating an anchor with the typed value. This reflects the behavior found on social media when typing hashes.

Email linking works fine with the fix from #3.

I've also tested this and can confirm mailto links are no longer converted into anchors. It would be great if the library could be tagged as a new release because I'm struggling to pull the updated code in from the repository seen as the branch has been merged in github.

I merged this in a while ago but didn't mark the issue done. Thanks for the PR ok-steve, the latest dev version requires a new tag with your PR merged in.
