[random test failure] MediaTest::testViewMode

Updated IS with a recent fail on GitLab CI, with updated line numbers of the fails.

I set up MR !11557 to see if we could easily replicate this. It started out looking promising, failing on the 15th try. But then it didn't fail again after that and eventually timed out. So I've come up with a solution in MR !11559 but I don't think we can easily verify it since the random fail is pretty rare.

Funny while fixing a random another random pops up in the kernel. But fix seems worth trying.
