Article Title is not clearly visible, and need to align left.

I reproduced the issue and tested your MR, but the Article title is not clearly visible. Please see the screenshots attached.

Wrong Block placement, Please place it on right place.

To resolve the above mentioned issue please follow the below steps:

1) First place "Page Title" Block on region named as content, currently it goes to the header.

2)Then in os-style.css at very last write below lines of code.

h1.page-title , h1.page-title a {
  text-align:left;
  color: inherit;
}
